1. About us

Pet Art Print offers AI-generated, custom renaissance-style pet portraits printed on canvas and other art-quality materials. Orders are processed and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Printify.

2. Ordering

• Prices are shown in USD and include the cost of printing and standard shipping.
• You will receive an order confirmation email after successful payment.
• Because each portrait is generated and printed uniquely for you, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective (see our Refund Policy).

3. Your photo

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have the right to use it.
• The photo does not contain images of other people whose consent you do not have.
• The photo does not depict illegal content or content that violates another person's rights.

You grant Pet Art Print a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your photo through our AI system and print the resulting image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell, license, or display your photo publicly.

4. Prohibited content

You may not upload:

• Photos of recognisable people other than yourself without their explicit consent.
• Content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal.
• Copyrighted artwork belonging to others.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these terms and issue a refund.

5. Intellectual property

The Pet Art Print name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. The AI-generated portrait produced from your photo belongs to you for personal use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pet Art Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
